Project ABC is coordinated by an Interagency Care Team, which includes:

Childrens Hospital Los Angeles

Ours is a special place—a place where children have been cared for, and cured, for more than 100 years. From a modest beginning in a two-story house in Los Angeles, our hospital has become one of the world's top pediatric facilities, acknowledged throughout the United States and around the world for its leadership in pediatric and adolescent health.

Children's Institute, Inc.

Children's Institute, Inc. (CII) helps children who have been affected by violence in their homes or communities. Since 1906, CII has been serving at-risk children and families throughout Los Angeles County. The agency provides healing and support so traumatized children can recover and lead healthy lives. We lead children away from tragic outcomes and on the path toward opportunity and achievement.

University of Southern California

The University of Southern California's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (USC UCEDD at CHLA) is a nationally recognized leader in developing and supporting quality services and systems for individuals with, or at risk for, behavioral, developmental and or special health care needs and their families. Our purpose is to provide leadership in strengthening family-centered, consumer responsive, culturally-competent services and systems for the benefit of individuals and their families.

Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services

The Department of Children and Family Services will, with our community partners, provide a comprehensive child protection system of prevention, preservation, and permanency to ensure that children grow up safe, physically and emotionally healthy, educated and in permanent homes.

Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health

The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) directly operates more than 50 program sites throughout the County, and contracts with over 1,100 other providers, including non-governmental agencies and individual practitioners. We provide a diverse spectrum of mental health services to all ages, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, case management, and medication support in both residential and outpatient settings.
